These Terms govern your use of miuramodernization.com, the free AI SEO audit tool, and our SMS and voice line operated through Twilio (collectively, "the Service"), each provided by Miura Modernization, a US-based consultancy operated by AJ Miura ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
The Service is a marketing website for a paid consulting engagement, plus two free interactive tools:
Neither free tool is a substitute for professional marketing advice. Paid engagements, when offered, are governed by a separate written agreement.
The audit is generated by Anthropic's Claude model based on your homepage, your robots.txt, and your llms.txt. It is provided as-is. We make no warranty that the audit is accurate, complete, or that acting on its recommendations will produce any particular result. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to implement anything suggested in the audit.
The audit is rate-limited to one run per email address per 24 hours.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies by conversation. The assistant is an AI — it may occasionally be wrong, slow, or misunderstand. For anything high-stakes, ask to be connected to AJ directly.
By texting or calling our number, you consent to receive replies from an AI assistant and agree that the transcript may be reviewed by AJ. SMS and voice are transmitted through Twilio and subject to Twilio's terms.

We may block or remove any user who abuses the Service, without notice.
The site design, written copy, case studies, and audit framework are the property of Miura Modernization. The audit you receive is yours to use for your own business — you can share it, implement it, or ignore it. You may not repackage or resell it as your own product.
The site links to third-party services (Calendly, Google Docs, LinkedIn, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
The Service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miura Modernization will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — whether framed in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miura Modernization and AJ Miura from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We can suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You can stop using it at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Miura Modernization is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in that state, and you consent to that venue.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
